In short: PM Tycoon does not collect, track, profile, or sell your personal data. There are no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. What you do in the app — your study progress and settings — stays on your device.

PM Tycoon ("the app", "we") is an independent study game for the 2026 PMP® exam. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app. The developer's legal identity and contact details are shown on the app's Google Play listing, as required by law.

What we do NOT do

• We do not collect analytics or usage tracking.
• We do not show ads or embed any advertising SDK.
• We do not create user accounts or build user profiles.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone.

What the app handles

On your device only. Your study progress, statistics, settings, and reminder preferences are stored locally on your device using standard Android storage. This information is not sent to us — we cannot see it. It is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

Purchases. If you buy a subscription, a study pass, or a lifetime unlock, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment; we never receive or store your card or payment details. We receive only your entitlement status (whether a purchase is active) so the app can unlock the matching content. Google's handling of payment data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Reminders. Study reminders are scheduled and displayed locally by your device. They do not use any server and involve no personal data.

Links and web content. The app can open links to our website (pmtycoon.app) and to official PMI sources, and may show web pages inside the app. When a web page loads, ordinary web requests apply (for example, the destination server can see your IP address), exactly as in any browser. We add no tracking to these requests.

Third parties

The only third party involved in the app's core function is Google (Google Play, for distribution and billing). We integrate no advertising network, no analytics provider, and no data broker.

How we measure the app

To improve the app we rely solely on Google Play's built-in reporting — the aggregated install, conversion, subscription, retention, and crash statistics that Google Play Console and Android Vitals provide to developers. This information is aggregated by Google and does not require us to add any tracker to the app or to identify individual users.

Children

PM Tycoon is intended for professionals preparing for the PMP exam. It is not directed to children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you on our servers, there is normally nothing on our side to access or delete. The data the app uses lives on your device and you control it: clear the app's data or uninstall the app to remove it. For questions about purchase records, you can contact Google Play or us. If you are in the EU/EEA you have rights under the GDPR; we will help wherever we can, keeping in mind that we hold no personal data about you.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add anything that changes what data the app handles (for example, optional analytics in a future version), we will update this page and its "last updated" date before that change ships.
